friend request thru stitchin fingers but she is not a memeber

I received an e mail for a friend request thru stitching fingers when I clicked it took to my friends with no friend request in my in box she told me to contact her thru her e mail personally. I typed in the name she left me but there was no such member with that name her name was Julie drk. If she is a memeber please let me know. A little confused about what is going on here please let me know something if anyone knows about this. Thanks Elaine

Had another email just now to say Lizzyglitter has joined handembroidery group what is going on have checked again and beware she is not a member unless for some reason it is not coming up on my computer

hiya margaret and others , i've had to change my name again. my daughters objected to me using my surname incase they get traced to me ! and i decided i couldnt live with my old nickname "lizzyglitter" so im' Liz Figs now. i'm real and i love stitching tho i've had a long patch not doing any. i love this group. fancy not just stitching, but ppl looking at your work voluntarily even tho they're not your mother  :-) thank you so much sharon for making it happen and to those who make the encouraging comments. xx liz xx

Have today had an email from a donna russ to say she liked one of my photos, she is another member who does not exist. Have now turned off all emails until it is all sorted out.

I have received two email request from Julie drk too. I won't click on any links in the emails, I sign in here and check directly to see if I have any request or messages. That way if there is some kind of virus, spyware, etc included in the email links I don't activate them by clicking on them. Just delete them is my advice. ;~)

People you are worrying unnecessarily  - I have banned this member that is why when you click on her name there is no account - she was a scammer.

I said yesterday in this thread and I emailed the whole of stichin fingers to let people know. Dont worry about it she has been deleted!
