Absolutely, positively many thanks to SharonB for her insight, creativity and especially for her love of embroidery, handwork, and textiles. This website is my favorite. It is a friendly, interactive site where all people who love and do handwork, no matter what their skill or interests, can share their work, knowledge, information and even personal stories. It is hard to stay away, and I must say, this website has occupied time that I should have used for stitching, but nonetheless, was not wasted. It is truly is a place to come for inspiration and information.

I would like to add my sentiments, too.  I am always touched that someone so busy and talented would take time to set up such a wonderful resource centre i.e. Pintangle and a fantastically inspirational site like stitchinfingers.  We have all gained such a lot by joining the community.
