Hi all I thought I would start this group and see if people were interested in joining. If you are here leave a message to introduce your self. Tell us what your fiber interests are too

I will also test the image function and leave some eye candy

Hello everyone. I'm interested in creative textiles of all kinds. Forgive me if I'm quiet for a while. We are off on holiday within the next short while.
Hello, I'm wide awake here in this part of the world, but it's almost dinnertime in the Netherlands. I'm glad you made Stichinfingers, Sharon! I love quilting, I love experimenting with embroidery, beads etcetera. Now, I'm making a Dear Jane quilt, in my own way. So those tiny blocks are going to be in a different colour than the original (dark green with lime green fabrics) and also with embellishments here and there, and angelina. Just like I am, both traditional and experimental. I love making Sharons TIF's. I'm gazing at your crazyblocks, but I have a sort of rheumatism and can't stitch much by hand. But maybe when I've saved enough money I'll get me a real embroiderymachine. You never know...
Hi everyone,

It is here not late at all, as I am living in the Netherlands. I like to join this new group, it always good to try something new. So thank you Sharon!

At times I am a very enthousiastic stitcher, and for the last two months I am very much in a stitching mood and started a new blog. Publishing not only my work, but also a couple of my own (simple) designs.

Bye, Miriam
Hi, I'm Sue and I'm in the Uk, my addiction at the moment is bobbin lace but anyone who has read my blog will know that try most things textiley. Thanks for inviting me, will chat more soon but must dash as showing lace basics to local craft group tonight and I still have to finish cleaning my motorcycle boots for our trip to cornwall tomorrow!!Will check in when we get back in a few days.
Hi all! Thanks for starting the group Sharon! I am Ruth Lane and I live in Kalispell, Montana USA. I enjoy felting (wet, needle - both hand and machine) as well as FME, hand stitching and lots of other fiber related activities. I am also doing the TIF challenge which I am enjoying immensely. I look forward to seeing everyone's work and sharing ideas here!
Hey Ruth, I live in Anaconda! I don't often encounter other people from Montana in my online groups.
Hi all from New Zealand. A new group !! Arghhh, Now I'll have to stay up ntil 3 am! lol
My current (and most long standing ) passion is Crazy quilting. I enjoy the freedom of expression and the ability to try all sorts of new techniques that you wonderful gals all share via the internet.
Hi Jo. I saw your work for the first time recently and am so impressed. Happy to see you here, too. Enjoyed your blog!
Hello everyone. Thanks for the invitation Sharon, and hi to all the "familiar faces" from Sharon's TAST Challenge and TIF Challenge. I'm in Sydney Australia, home of the 2000 Olympic games. I consider myself a costume maker who embroiders, does patchwork and miniatures (sometimes) and tries to make needle lace (rarely). I'm doing the TIF challenge and loving it, and I belong to several Yahoo groups for stitching as well. I'm currently swapping ATC's in one group of patchworkers, and doing a counted thread band round robin (WISPish) with another group. Looking forward to exchanging ideas and information with other textile enthusiasts.
